2013 in review

The WordPress.com stats helper monkeys prepared a 2013 annual report for this blog.

Here’s an excerpt:

The concert hall at the Sydney Opera House holds 2,700 people. This blog was viewed about 56,000 times in 2013. If it were a concert at Sydney Opera House, it would take about 21 sold-out performances for that many people to see it.

Jess, what’s going on? It’s been a long time since you’ve posted, and I’ve been wondering if you moved to California? I’m sure that I’m not your only regular reader, who’d appreciate a follow-up post. Hope you’re doing well. Thanks.

    • Thanks for asking! I’ve had some issues with my wrists being sore when I type too much…so I have really cut back. Secondly, there have been some changes to my plans, but a LOT of new plans! I’ll be going to Europe soon and doing a six month tour, spending time with my new girlfriend, Deeanne and then she’ll be coming to the states with me and we are going to do a tour of Historic Route 66 in a 1950’s muscle car, staying at every cheesy motel we can find. I’m going to be moving into more “video blogging” so that I can give my wrists a break and we’ll take it a from there! I do hope to finish at LEAST two books while I am in Europe though! 🙂

I appreciate your prompt response, thanks. Congrats on the new girlfriend and European tour. The muscle car and cheesy motels sounds like a blast. Make sure that you try the vibrating beds, at least once. Please update with a post soon. We’d love to hear how you met Deeanne, and all about your new adventures. Best of luck, Jesse, You deserve it!

I’ve been reading your Facebook page for awhile, but don’t have an account. I have a question for you. Can you elaborate on how your money is tied up? It sounds like a lucrative business endeavor, and I’d be interested in learning more. (I’d like to make an investment, that’s why I’m asking.) If this is too personal I’ll understand. Even if you can’t be explicit, I’d appreciate a sense of the situation. Thanks.

Thanks! One more question. Did you learn on your own or were you assisted? I’m a newbie, and would appreciate any advice and/or recommendations. (If that’s not too much to ask.) BTW: I’m a member of the “tribe,” and also enjoy your writing:).

    • I received a tip from a friend a long time ago. I researched, read and read anything I could get my hands on, listened to any free conference calls that I could find, read message boards and books. Good luck.

Thanks, again! I appreciate you taking time to respond:).
